How to use it

Peel the adhesive layer off the puff, then press the puff onto the top sheet — it lifts one and only one.

Press gently onto the oily areas: forehead, nose, chin. Don’t rub, or you’ll move your makeup around.

Peel the used sheet off the puff and discard it. The next one is ready.

What’s in the box

One compact with a mirror, a soft puff applicator and 150 sheets, plus two refill packs of 150 — 450 sheets in total.

Sheets measure 67 × 56 mm and are made from bleached kraft softwood pulp with a fine layer of setting powder. Lint-free.

How it works

Fifteen seconds, anywhere

  1. 1

    Pick up a sheet

Peel the adhesive layer off the puff and press it onto the top sheet. It lifts one at a time, so you are never digging around in the pack with oily fingers.

  2. 2

    Press, don’t rub

Press gently onto the forehead, nose and chin. Rubbing drags your makeup; pressing lifts only the oil.

  3. 3

    Peel and bin it

Peel the used sheet off the puff, throw it away, and the next one is ready. The whole thing takes about fifteen seconds.

Why these and not blotting paper

It sets while it blots

Ordinary blotting paper takes the oil and a good part of your foundation with it. Each of these sheets carries a fine film of setting powder, so the makeup underneath stays put.

No more powder in your bag

No compact of loose powder, no brush, no cakey layer building up through the day. Press, peel, done — and the shine does not come straight back.

450 sheets, not 50

150 sheets in the case and two refill packs of 150. At a few sheets a day that is most of a year, and the case is refillable rather than disposable.

The shine always comes back by lunchtime

The shine always comes back by lunchtime

You set your face in the morning and by midday the forehead and nose have gone again. So you reach for powder, and by the evening it has built into something cakey.

These take the oil off instead of burying it — and because each sheet carries setting powder, the makeup underneath is reset rather than smothered.

A compact, a mirror and a puff

A compact, a mirror and a puff

The case is slim enough to live in a bag, and it opens to a mirror so you can actually see what you are doing.

The puff picks up one sheet at a time, which means you never touch the sheets with oily fingers and never pull three out at once.

You can see exactly what came off

You can see exactly what came off

Hold the used sheet up and the absorbed oil shows as translucent patches. Slightly grim, genuinely satisfying.

The sheets are lint-free plant fibre, soft enough to press against the under-eye without dragging.

FAQ

Will it take my makeup off?

No. Ordinary blotting paper lifts oil and foundation together; these carry a film of setting powder, so they take the shine and leave the makeup underneath in place.

Can I use them on bare skin?

Yes. On bare skin they work as a straightforward oil blotter, and the light powder film leaves a matte finish rather than a shiny one.

How many sheets do I get?

450 in total — 150 in the compact plus two refill packs of 150 each.

How do I refill the case?

Slide the used pack out of the compact and drop a refill pack in. The case, the mirror and the puff are all reusable.

Do the sheets leave lint behind?

No. They are made from bleached kraft softwood pulp, which is why they stay lint-free even when pressed against a full face of makeup.

How often can I use them?

As often as you need. Most people use two or three sheets across a day — morning touch-up, after lunch, and before going out.
